- • Brands the rights specified in individual campaign agreements
- • Us a non-exclusive license to use your Content for promotional purposes
- • Permission to showcase your work in our portfolio and marketing materials
5.3 Payment Terms
Creator payments are subject to:
- • Successful completion and approval of deliverables
- • Payment timelines specified in campaign agreements
- • Applicable taxes and withholdings as required by law
- • Our standard payment processing schedule
6. Services for Brands
6.1 Brand Obligations
As a Brand, you agree to:
- • Provide clear, comprehensive campaign briefs
- • Make timely payments as agreed
- • Respect Creator intellectual property rights
- • Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timelines
- • Use Content only as specified in campaign agreements
6.2 Platform Fees
Brands agree to pay:
- • Creator fees as agreed in campaign proposals
- • Platform fees (typically 20-25% of creator fees)
- • Any additional services as outlined in agreements
- • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services to:
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
